ABOUT ME      

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2014, so I understand buying or selling a home can be both an exciting and stressful process. I am a full time Realtor and have been in the top 5% of real estate agents (by dollar volume and number of sales) since 2019. This means I have the experience and the knowledge necessary to make your home buying or selling process go as smoothly as possible. I have also won awards from HomeLight (a national, unbiased website that ranks real estate agents) for being both a top producer and a top negotiator. I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, and a Certified Client Protection Expert, and am always learning more about the real estate industry, both from my experiences with clients and also through specialized real estate classes.

 

Prior to working in general real estate, I worked at D.R. Horton (America's largest new construction home builder) as their lead marketing specialist, so I also am a New Construction Expert. Because of my time there, I have a comprehensive knowledge of the entire real estate process including home construction, mortgages, title, and more. I use this knowledge to make sure my clients are informed and feel comfortable throughout their entire buying or selling process.

 

I handle every step of my clients' transaction for them personally, making sure to follow up often. I do not work with a transaction manager, assistant, or team as I know that my clients hire me for me, and I want to make sure  they get my level of expertise and attention to detail through every single step of the process. I personalize every client's experience to make sure they are provided with the specific services they need in the way they prefer, and I am available seven days a week. I am prompt, proactive, and comprehensive in my services. I make sure to tailor the process to each individual while still using my thoroughly tested techniques to ensure a smooth overall transaction.

 

In an effort to provide my clients with the highest quality service possible, I stay on top of today's real estate trends and monitor the national and local real estate markets weekly to stay informed on what's happening in our country and our area. This way I can provide detailed and timely information to my clients so that they make the right choices for them based off the right information.
